By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, submitting artwork or files, approving a proof, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Packaging Forest LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Packaging Forest LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated terms become effective when posted on our website.
1. ORDER APPROVAL & PROOFING
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final proofs, artwork, specifications, and order details before production begins.
Before approving a proof, customers should verify all information, including but not limited to:
Once a final proof is approved, the order may be released for production. Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes that were present in an approved proof.
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all proofs before providing final approval.
2. COLOR ACCURACY & VARIATIONS
Packaging Forest LLC makes reasonable efforts to reproduce colors as accurately as possible.
However, due to the nature of commercial printing and manufacturing, color variations of up to approximately 10% may occur. Variations may result from printing processes, substrates, inks, coatings, laminations, finishing processes, equipment, lighting, monitors, and other manufacturing factors.
Exact or true color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service or physical proof has been expressly requested and agreed upon in writing before production.
Colors displayed on computer, tablet, or mobile screens may also differ from the final printed product.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for reasonable color variations resulting from normal printing and manufacturing processes.
3. TURNAROUND TIME & PRODUCTION
Production begins after all required information has been received, the final proof has been approved, and payment has been confirmed, where applicable.
Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type, order quantity, artwork, materials, finishing requirements, production capacity, order volume, shipping destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other operational circumstances.
Any turnaround time provided by Packaging Forest LLC is an estimate unless a specific timeline has been expressly guaranteed in writing.
Production Facilities
Due to the high number of orders received by Packaging Forest LLC, we may produce or fulfill orders through any of our available production facilities.
The production facility used for an order may vary depending on production capacity, order volume, product requirements, material availability, manufacturing schedules, shipping requirements, and other operational considerations.
This allows Packaging Forest LLC to manage high order volumes while maintaining product quality and working to meet applicable production and order timelines.
All products supplied by Packaging Forest LLC are produced according to applicable American standards, approved product specifications, and our established quality requirements.
The use of a particular production facility does not change or reduce the quality requirements, product specifications, or standards applicable to the customer's order.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Packaging Forest LLC ships products globally and makes reasonable efforts to manufacture and dispatch orders according to the applicable production schedule.
However, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, transportation interruptions, government restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
5. DAMAGED, MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Customers should inspect their shipment promptly after delivery.
Claims concerning damaged, missing, or defective products must be submitted to Packaging Forest LLC within 3 business days after delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Packaging Forest LLC may require photographs, videos, shipping documentation, packaging materials, or other information necessary to investigate a claim.
Customers should retain the original shipping cartons and packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party carriers except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped flat.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CUSTOM ORDERS
All packaging products manufactured by Packaging Forest LLC are custom-made according to customer specifications.
Once an order has been accepted, it is non-refundable because the products are custom packaging.
Once an order is accepted, Packaging Forest LLC may allocate materials, production capacity, labor, artwork resources, manufacturing time, and other resources specifically for that order.
Refunds will therefore not be provided for circumstances including, but not limited to:
All custom orders are considered final once accepted, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
7. REPRINTS & LIFETIME REPRINT POLICY
Packaging Forest LLC may provide lifetime reprints for eligible and verified claims.
A reprint may be considered where a manufacturing defect, production error, or other issue is verified to be attributable to Packaging Forest LLC.
Reprints are not automatically provided. Each claim is subject to review and verification.
Return Requirement for Reprints
To qualify for an eligible reprint, the customer must return at least 99% of the original order.
The customer is responsible for returning the order in full, at their own expense, to the same shipping address from which the original order was received, unless Packaging Forest LLC provides different written instructions.
A return authorization may be required before the products are shipped back.
The reprint will only be provided after Packaging Forest LLC has received the returned shipment in full and has verified the returned products.
Partial returns generally do not qualify for a reprint unless Packaging Forest LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, handling, and insurance costs unless Packaging Forest LLC expressly agrees otherwise.
A lifetime reprint policy does not mean that every reprint request is automatically approved. Each request must meet the applicable eligibility and verification requirements.
8. RUSH & EXPEDITED ORDERS
Rush production, expedited production, expedited shipping, and other special handling charges are non-refundable.
This includes rush or expedited charges associated with an order that is subsequently returned for an eligible reprint, unless Packaging Forest LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
9. DESIGN OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Artwork, layouts, graphics, templates, concepts, designs, and other creative materials created by Packaging Forest LLC or its design team remain the intellectual property of Packaging Forest LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may use the final purchased artwork for the intended products and their normal business purposes, subject to any separate agreement between the parties.
Editable source files, working files, templates, internal design materials, and production files remain the property of Packaging Forest LLC unless expressly transferred or otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-owned logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and other materials supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer or their respective owners.
10. CUSTOMER FILES & ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Where applicable, customer-supplied artwork should be provided in 300 DPI and CMYK color format and should meet the required production specifications.
Customers are responsible for providing production-ready artwork and files.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for quality issues resulting from:

11. CUSTOMER CONTENT, COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use any artwork, text, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, or other content submitted to Packaging Forest LLC.
By submitting customer content, the customer represents that the content does not unlawfully infringe upon the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
The customer authorizes Packaging Forest LLC to reproduce and use the submitted content as reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill the customer's order.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for claims arising from customer-provided artwork, content, trademarks, images, or other materials.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Packaging Forest LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from unauthorized or infringing customer-provided materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. MATERIALS & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Packaging Forest LLC will manufacture products using the materials and specifications agreed upon for the order.
Customers must communicate any special requirements, including specific substrates, coatings, finishes, recycled materials, food-grade requirements, or direct-food-contact requirements, before production begins.
Unless expressly confirmed by Packaging Forest LLC in writing, customers should not assume that a particular product, material, coating, or finish is suitable for direct food contact or other specialized applications.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINAL APPROVAL
The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof before production.
Once the proof has been approved, Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for errors that were visible or identifiable in the approved proof, including but not limited to:
Customers should not provide final approval until all information and specifications have been carefully reviewed.
14. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order as soon as possible after placing the order.
However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been accepted or work related to the order has begun.
If Packaging Forest LLC has purchased materials, processed artwork, allocated production capacity, started production, or otherwise incurred costs relating to an order, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
Orders that have already been completed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Where a cancellation is accepted, the customer may remain responsible for costs already incurred by Packaging Forest LLC.
15. ORDER QUANTITY VARIATIONS
Due to normal manufacturing and printing processes, actual quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered.
Packaging Forest LLC may deliver a reasonable quantity variation where applicable.
Customers requiring an exact quantity should communicate this requirement before placing the order so that the appropriate production arrangements can be discussed.
16. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
Packaging Forest LLC may ship orders internationally.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and other government-imposed fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for delays, holds, additional charges, or other issues caused by customs authorities or import regulations.
17. PRODUCTION DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Packaging Forest LLC makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated production and shipping schedules.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Such events may affect production or delivery timelines without creating liability for Packaging Forest LLC to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer.
Any reshipping or address correction charges may be the customer's responsibility.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, information, products, services, and materials provided by Packaging Forest LLC are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Packaging Forest LLC does not guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available without delay.
To the extent permitted by law, Packaging Forest LLC disclaims implied warranties that cannot otherwise be excluded, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Packaging Forest LLC shall not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the website, products, services, orders, production, manufacturing, shipping, delivery, or use of products.
Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party carriers, customs authorities, production interruptions, equipment issues, material shortages, weather, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Packaging Forest LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the current Terms & Conditions.
Continued use of the website, submission of artwork, approval of proofs, placement of orders, or purchase of products or services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
