At Packaging Forest LLC, we take pride in the quality of our custom packaging. While most of our products are made to order and non-returnable, we do accept returns in the following cases:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customers must notify us within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible.
2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
3. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the issue is due to Packaging Forest LLC’s error (defect, damage, or wrong item), we cover the cost of reprints or replacements.
4. Lifetime Reprint Guarantee
We offer lifetime reprints for all eligible issues.
To qualify, at least 99% of the original order must be returned to the address it was shipped from.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for non-customized items or in cases where Packaging Forest LLC is at fault.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval.
Rush production fees, expedited shipping, and design services are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not accept product exchanges.
