In the case of receiving damaged, defective, or wrong items, please inform us within 3 business days of delivery.
We offer lifetime reprints for all eligible issues. To request reprints, return at least 99% of the original product (at your own expense) to the address it was shipped from.
Refunds will be given only for items that aren't customized, or for errors we have made. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon approval.
Expedited shipping or rush orders are non-refundable. Design services are also non-refundable once the process begins.
