Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. We are not liable for errors in spelling, punctuation, graphics, or dimensions once the proof is approved.
10% variations in color may occur due to the limitations of the printing process. True color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Production begins after final proof approval and payment confirmation. Turnaround may vary depending on product type and shipping location.
Our company ships around the globe. Although we ensure timely dispatch. Packaging Forest LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays due to third-party carriers or customs clearance.
We accept claims for damaged or missing items within three business days after delivery. Products are shipped flat unless otherwise specified.
We offer lifetime reprints for eligible claims. Customers must return at least 99% of the product within 10 days to qualify. Rush charges are non-refundable.
All artwork and content created by our team remains the intellectual property of Packaging Forest LLC unless otherwise agreed.
Files provided by customers should be in 300 DPI CMYK format. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from incorrect formatting or low-resolution files.
